Once you have completed these steps, your new language is ready to plug into the teliSpeech engine. All languages created with the LDK are 100% compatible with the teliSpeech suite.

No advanced linguistics, statistics, mathematics or programming skills are required to create a new language with telisma’s  LDK. The LDK comes with full and detailed documentation, including a background to the technology, step-by-step guidance and a tutorial example of language material. 
 
Assuming you have the necessary speech data, and a few machines on which the training can be completed (it is a bit CPU intensive!) you can expect to spend a few days on data preparation and testing.

When it comes to brand new products, telisma realises that written material is no substitute for face-to-face tutoring. The LDK therefore comes with a complete 3-day training package for all clients - even those with 5 years of experience in speech technology.
