The TTK - AE, is a separate product intended for companies which have significant amounts of speech data at their disposal. This TTK AE allows large-scale tuning and optimisation of acoustic libraries. With it, you can effectively create your own version of an existing teliSpeech language, optimised for a specific regional accent, application, or acoustic environment, e.g. particular noise conditions.
