Telisma reserves the right to cancel its training sessions if the number of participants is not sufficient. In the case of cancellation, telisma will inform the participants at least 2 weeks before the training session.
 
Circumstances may arise requiring the participants to cancel their involvement in the training session. For participant cancellations received over a week before the training session, participants will receive full reimbursement. Participant cancellations received less than a week before the training session participants will be refunded less a 50% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on the day of the training session.
 
Cancellations must be made via email to training@telisma.com by the appropriate date.
