| Finance sector keen on Natural Language |

In collaboration with DBScape, Genesys and Nextiraone, we organised a conference dedicated to voice portals and customer satisfaction in the finance sector. It took place on the 28th April. The big names in the sector were all present; Axa, Banque Fédérale des Banques Populaires, Coface, Cofidis, Crédit Agricole, GMF, Groupama, MMA, Natixis.
Fidélia Assistance, one of our clients gave a short presentation on the advantages of implementing a voice portal to increase the quality of service. The day was an all round success and confirmed the strong interest for Natural Language in the financial sector; over 82 % of those present thought our presentation on the benefits of Natural Language for increasing customer satisfaction was either ‘interesting or very interesting'. |
