Socram Banque chooses Genesys Télécommunications & telisma for their IVR expertise
Socram Bank, credit specialists, recently introduced a new bank service through its partners Maif and Macif. In addition to its helpline, Socram Bank has deployed an IVR with speech recognition. The solution integrates Genesys' Voice Platform and teliSpeech, telisma's ASR engine. The bank completed its project with the help of the Professional Services (PS) team from both Genesys Telecommunications & telisma. Telisma's PS team was responsible for developing and testing the grammars used in the application as well as its installation and configuration. "I appreciated the timeliness and responsiveness of the telisma's PS team," said Fabrice Moreau, project leader at Socram Bank.
