BtoB mail order specialists, Radiospares improves its helpline with a voice interactive information server, available 7/7. This new service is based on AVM's communication platform, Globalcomserver and teliSpeech, telisma's ASR engine. Radiospares wanted to allow its customers to access information such as the prices and products availability (over 130 000 references) over the phone outside the regular opening times. The solution implemented by AVM and telisma is capable of recognising a reference number which has between 7 and 10 digits.
