Formerly a vice-president of Hewlett-Packard Europe and general manager of HP France's enterprise business unit, Laurent spent 16 years with HP in various management and executive positions in France and in Europe. A graduate of the Institut d'Etudes Politiques in Paris, he completed his education at business schools in France and the U.S. (Stanford University).

Frédéric's most recently occupied position was as Project Manager Speech Recognition with Thomson Multimedia. Prior to this, he created a start-up in Natural Language Speech Recognition, and was successively Head of the Structural Mechanics Lab and Senior Computer Scientist for the Ariane V rocket booster. Frédéric holds an engineer's degree from INSA Lyon.

A graduate from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure des Sciences Appliquées et de Technologie (ENSSAT), specialising in Software and Electronic Systems, Fabrice Mare joined telisma in 2000, as a development engineer moving into the Professional Services team in 2005. Thanks to his vast expertise of speech recognition and industry standards Fabrice now heads the Professional Services team. 

Eric Le Flour is a Computer Science engineer from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers. In 1995, Eric joined the speech labs from France Telecom R&D (formerly the CNET) where he worked in the Speech and Audio coding group. He then joined the speech recognition group. He was involved in several speech projects including Personal Address Book then nationwide Automated Directory Assistance. In 2000, Eric co-founded telisma.

A graduate of the Institut National des Telecommunications (INT) , Vincent completed his education at INSEAD business school. With 15 years experience in sales management in the  telecommunications, IP Networking, CRM and Infrastructure services market Vincent joined telisma in April 2006 to help accelerate the adoption of new speech-enabled applications in the telecommunications sectors and the Corporate Enterprise arena.
