Paris, December 14th, 2004 – Telisma, European leader in speech technologies announces the availability of a teliSpeech version of its Polish language. This release includes a new, high-quality phonetizer and allows for easy development of sophisticated, dynamic services where, for instance, information is updated in real time over the web.
Just plug it on your standard platform. Done!
An active promoter of open systems, telisma’s new product line, teliSpeech has been developed from the very start to be 100% standard compliant. The new Polish language has been created to take into account all the very strict VoiceXML constraints - something few other technologies really do. As a result, it is already available on all major VoiceXML Platforms, with no need for special integration or tuning processes.
Laurent Balaine, telisma CEO says:
"This new version corresponds to our new generation of teliSpeech products.
For Centertel, we created a tailor-made language. Now, given the potential of the Polish market, we have developed an industrialized version of Polish, ready to use by anyone for any application over fixed or mobile lines."
telisma & PTK Centertel
A pioneer in Poland, telisma collaborated with PTK Centertel, helping the national mobile operator to launch the first voice message and e-mail consulting service ever deployed on such a scale in Europe in February 2004. The service provides users with friendly access to both their voice mail and e-mail via speech commands. It runs on a Unisys platform integrating telisma’s ASR and is available to hundreds of thousands of customers.
TeliSpeech Polish Language is available on telisma’s Web site.
