ADIS (Automated Directory Inquiry System) is the fully voice-automated directory assistance solution from varetis, built upon a number of proven varetis products. ADIS provides fast and accurate voice access to large telephone directories, processing even ambiguous recognition results within minimal response times. At the same time, ADIS presents a consistent and natural user interface to callers for an excellent user experience.
By automating voice inquiries, ADIS frees up call center agents to process the more complex inquiries and higher-revenue calls that are characteristic of enhanced directory services.
