TLM Com and telisma announce their partnership agreement.

  


Paris, March 30th, 2006 – TLM Com, the French primary software editor of vocal applications designed to automate phone call handling, and telisma, the leading European software editor of speech recognition solutions announce their partnership agreement. Enterprises will now be able to benefit from the integration of telisma’s speech recognition into TLM Com’s Wel’Com solution to optimise the administration of their phone calls.  

Wel’Com by TLM Com, offers business solutions designed to answer your industry specific needs. Based on speech recognition, the solutions optimise internal and external call supervision through directories and employees agendas. The user can personalise the administration through the Wel’Com web based interface, Outlook or Lotus Notes. Enriching its offers with the integration of telisma’s speech recognition engine, TLM Com asserts its willingness to remain at the leading edge of innovation on the French market. Telisma’s solution – teliSpeech – has been chosen for both its ability to treat very large vocabularies, and its Service Quality (QoS) monitoring environment.
