The 24Hour Property Line Service isan offer for sales lead capture and customer service aimed at Estate Agencies in the UK. The service helps property buyers obtain information about houses for sale at any time of day, without the need to speak to an Agent.
Imagine that you are looking for a place to live and you walk down a street where you think you might like to live and see a "for sale" sign. You call the 24hour property automated information line and receive a verbal description of the property in question. Furthermore, thanks to 2ergo's convergent communications infrastructure, the Multiserve Platform also sends the potential buyers SMS messages about the property. In addition to this, it captures the buyer details automatically and forwards these in real-time to the Estate Agent via email. The latest version of the service went live in Autumn last year and is now forwarding thousands of sales leads per month to hundreds of Estate Agents, and is growing fast.
Last December, 2ergo announced the latest release of its Natural Language Processing technology, Natural Response V2.6, further enhancing its accuracy and speed. This new release of Natural Response is able to understand more, and therefore automate more calls, as well as deal with a wider range of the more challenging transactions. This award-winning technology is currently used by 2ergo to power a number of speech and interactive SMS based services. The first service to benefit from this enhancement is the 24Hour Property Line - This delivers highly conversational speech services in a very friendly and simple manner.
As part of 2ergo's ongoing investment into its Natural Response service, 2ergo conducted a study into where enhancements could be made to further optimise the customer experience.
A key outcome from this work was to replace the existing third party speech recognition module with teliSpeech from telisma. In a range of detailed benchmarking tests, teliSpeech was found to dramatically increase the speed and accuracy of conversational speech dialogue, for a diverse and large array of vocabularies.
