Participating in telisma’s Partner Training Program enables our partners to be trained on the telisma software product suite and therefore indicating to the voice community that our partners have all the tools, confidence and knowledge necessary to install, deploy and maintain telisma’s products.
Qualification
Once two of your experts have graduated from the required telisma training sessions, whether at the telisma University or on-site, your company will qualify as a ‘trained partner’.
There as 3 levels of qualification you may receive once you have graduated:
Bronze, is given to company whose experts have followed the Administration and Grammar Development and Optimization training sessions.
Silver, is awarded to those having graduated either from the Statistical Language Models or from the Acoustic Tuning training sessions.
Gold, for Silver partners having deployed successfully one or several project(s) using teliSpeech.
This qualification will help increase your credibility with your customers. It allows your company to be referenced on the training pages of our website, and you will have access to your ‘trained partner’ logo to use as you wish.
