Telisma’s partners using telisma’s product line benefit directly from the seamless integration of telisma’s product line; such as, the QoS Management tools, distributed architecture, third party certified platforms, telisma’s languages, tuning environment and their own developed languages.

teliSpeech suite

teliSpeech 1.2 is the networked solution of the teliSpeech suite. This server based ASR, facilitates the recognition of callers’ utterances over the phone. It is the core product of telisma’s offering.

The key idea behind teliSpeech 1.2 is to pave the way to mass market mobile services which, in the teliSpeech design, is translated into two main components:

The Core Technology component:

Performance accuracy and dialog efficiency
Free expression in dialog interactivity and Natural Language capabilities

The Framework Architecture component:

Low cost in distributed architecture and open MRCP interface
Quality of Service via Operation & Administration tools and QoS Management tools

telisma languages

teliSpeech 1.2 is used with at least one language pack, either from telisma’s language catalogue or from a language developed with the Language Development Kit (LDK).

A language pack is set of language-specific software components and data, for instance; a dictionary, phonetic rules, acoustic libraries.

Telisma’s Language catelogue currently includes English US, English UK, French, German, Polish language packs. Dutch and Spanish language packs are soon to be introduced.

teliSpeech development kit

The LDK and the Tuning Tool Kit - Advanced Edition (TTK AE) are two solutions in the teliSpeech Development Kit product line.

Each tool offers a specific solution which refers to a different tuning requirement:

Do you want to tune an existing telisma language? Choose the TTK AE, as a separate product
Do you want to create a new language? Opt for LDK, a separate product including training

The TTK AE and LDK all share the same ‘shell script oriented’ environment, set of commands and parameters so, once you learn how to use one of them you are trained to use the others!
