|  | - drive sales of the telisma’s full range of products and services into the Telecommunications and Enterprise markets through channel partners
- expert analysis of the market and evaluation of business opportunities
- accurate identification of decision makers at all levels within Partners and their target accounts
- high priority on qualification of leads and the ability to generate new leads within the target markets
- effectively present product solutions, identify customer concerns and formulate mitigating proposals to address the identified concerns
- negotiate contracts that meet company guidelines, while maintaining a trusted advisor status with target customers
- establish long-term partnerships with Partners and customers

location: Mumbai or New Delhi are preferred but not mandatory for the right prospect

candidate qualifications
|  | - a minimum of 3 years successful direct and indirect sales to telco’s and enterprise call center executives proven by significant wins in the space that are identifiable. If they don’t know what IVR, ASR or VoiceXML is their learning curve, will be too steep.
- a BA or B.Sc in engineering or business administration background or similar
- sold concepts and services and has a proven by ability to grasp new concepts
- demonstrated increasing deal size over career history and is evident by the accomplishments listed on the candidates CV
- proven success by achieving, or over-achieving plan
- highly competitive and self-motivated
- personality type should clearly be Hunter/Driver mentality. A 100% “sales guy”
- prove by innate ability to get over and around obstacles both internal and external to the company
- fluency in English is a must
