As part of the technical support team, you will provide technical assistance on usage of telisma speech recognition products and services to our partners and end-customers.
You will be responsible for characterizing problems reported by customers, assessing appropriate technical solutions with the help of our development teams and resolving customer problems.
You will report to the Technical Support Manager.
Telisma is working to develop its support services for its Indian and APAC customers, therefore fluency in both English and Hindi is required, one additional Indian or Asian language would be desirable.
