Our mission is to provide the Speech Recognition technology that will make such speech services mainstream it. Our ambition is to make key contributions to core speech technologies and to become the Network Speech Recognition software of reference in the speech market worldwide. In fact, turning a first step of our vision into reality, we launched in May 2004 a new generation of products conceived to pave the way for the future: teliSpeech.


 what will the next generation of speech-enabled services be like?


Self-service voice portals, voice mail reading… state-of-the-art speech-enabled services already feature dialogs allowing for increased interactivity The new generation of voice services will go further in that direction: they will allow to access directly to more and more information and content and they will allow for more rich and intuitive requests.

Free expression, on the other hand, is real progress! Today, dialogs can be much more rich and more intuitive that they used to be just a few months ago. At telisma, our new product’s architecture allows for free expression in guided environments. Being able to formulate a given demand your own way (semantically and grammatically) is already a huge advance in terms of user comfort and probably the right level for the European market today.
